For the first time ever, Ashtae is taking our Educator Recruitment on the road — visiting three cities in one weekend.
Join us March 29 in New York and March 30 in Atlanta and Chicago as we come to you to meet the next wave of educators and brand ambassadors.

---Important Information---
Joining the Ashtae Team is a three-step process and can be done in any order:
#1: Demonstrate sufficient product knowledge: You have to know, understand, and be able to truly explain product usage to attendees at shows, classes, Ashtae events, and online. Using the products daily in your salon is the best way to refine your ability to speak on the products.
#2: Attend a hands-on class (Register for Beyond the Chair Conference Here)
Have you attended the BTC conference in the past 2-years? If not, register today to mark this off your list. OR become a volunteer for our 2025 session!
#3: Attend an Educator Recruitment Weekend (Held once per year)
This one-day session will be an in-depth interview and assessment of your cosmetology and/or barbering skills. You will go through both written and physical assessments on product knowledge, cutting, coloring, relaxer application, and styling. We will also assess your verbal skills through styling demonstrations and interviews.
***This is not a class.*** This is an interview and assessment of your knowledge to see if you qualify to become an Ashtae Educator and Platform Artist. Please come prepared as so.
Class Materials for assessments will be provided; however, you will need to bring your tools. A tool list will be provided in advance. This is an interview with the company so please dress appropriately.
