Phone sales reps needed to join our group in a rapidly growing company headquartered in Greensboro, NC. Looking for happy voices and positive attitudes. 

Candidates be located anywhere in the U.S. but must have access to high-speed internet/WiFi, a quiet area to work in, and be available during our business hours (10AM to 6PM EST)

Ashtae Products manufactures, sells and distributes professional salon hair care products from our location in Greensboro. Some knowledge of the beauty industry is helpful but not required. A willingness to study and learn our products is required.

Responsibilities:

• Take incoming customer calls
• Make outgoing calls to new and existing customers
• Follow up on all customer requests for pricing, events, and delivery updates
• Proactively communicate with customers about delays or issues with their order
• Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and text
• Independently resolve customer complaints
• Maintain knowledge of new and existing products by participating in training, reading our brochures, attending online events/trainings, and watching videos
• Efficiently enter product orders, make recommendations, and take payment
• Document all communication and customer interactions, comments, or complaints using our digital databases

• Interest in the hair care industry, beauty, or cosmetology
• Positive Attitude & Happy Voice
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Computer proficiency: Must be able to work a computer to send emails, text messages, and place phone calls to clients
• Attention to detail/accuracy: Input orders properly, verify customer information, follow-up
• Ability to create a positive customer experience with every contact
• Ability to excel and contribute to a team environment
• Must be reliable and dependable: Consistently show up for work on days assigned to work
