Frequently Asked Questions
1. When should I arrive to the airport?
Arrive at least 2-3 hours prior to your flight. Please allow time for checking baggage and long TSA Lines. Do NOT miss your flight. We encourage you to carpool with other travelers to their airport. This holds you accountable for those early-am flights!
2. What do I do if I miss my flight?
First of all, just don't. Secondly, don't.
But, if it happens, please contact us immediately via call, text, or WhatsApp. Try to get yourself rebooked on the next flight at the airport itself.
3. Do I need my passport?
Yes! Make sure you pack your passport in an easy-to-reach location with your CARRY-ON. NOT your checked baggage.
4. Is U.S. cash accepted there? Should I exchange into Jamaican currency?
You do not need to exchange your money. Whatever you do, do not exchange your money at the airport (unless you like paying high fees, then go ahead). Just skip it altogether.
5. What should I pack?
Check out the list below for a complete packing list
6. Where do we go when we land?
After landing you'll be directed to Immigration/Customs then baggage claim. After going through baggage claim, head to Booth #21 and look for your Airport Ambassador.
